Exportronics operates an online platform for the sale of new, refurbished, and used electronics - including laptops, desktops, tablets, and accessories. We sell directly to consumers (B2C), businesses (B2B), and export buyers (international).

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Product Listings & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that all product information, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to model differences or refurbishing conditions.

• All refurbished products are clearly marked and graded (A/B/C).
• Specifications, accessories, and compatibility may vary slightly between batches.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical or technical errors at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• We accept Stripe, PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for B2B orders.
• Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
• Sales tax is applied to Texas orders and other states as required by law.
• International buyers are responsible for customs, VAT, or import fees.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and confirmation email.
• If an item is unavailable, we may cancel and issue a full refund.
• Orders may be canceled before shipment; after dispatch, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We use trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx). Delays due to weather, customs, or logistics are beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers once the carrier takes possession.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review it before initiating a return.

8. B2B, Bulk & Export Orders

• B2B and export sales may have distinct terms and limited return eligibility.
• Export customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws, taxes, and duties.
• We assume no liability for customs delays or rejections.

9. Warranty & Condition

• Refurbished products include a limited 90-day hardware warranty.
• Warranty excludes misuse, physical damage, or software issues caused after delivery.
• Batteries and consumables may have reduced coverage.
• Any extended warranty will be listed on the product page.

10. Intellectual Property

All content - including text, graphics, logos, and layout - is the property of Exportronics LLC or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent. The Exportronics logo and brand name are registered trademarks protected by law.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or infringe upon third-party rights.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Site’s operation.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Use the Site for fraudulent returns or unauthorized data collection.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exportronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to refurbished goods are not considered defects unless they affect performance.

Except as expressly provided, all products and services are offered “as is” and “as available.” Exportronics makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

15. Third-Party Links & Stores

We also operate on third-party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon. Purchases through those platforms are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, in addition to ours. We are not responsible for external content or policies.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, or carrier interruptions.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exportronics LLC, its owners, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Site or products.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas.
