Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on https://exportronics.com and verified Exportronics sales channels such as our eBay store (Budget Mart).

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not perform as expected, you may request a return, exchange, or refund according to the terms below. Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be in the same condition as received.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
• Serial numbers must match the unit originally shipped.
• No misuse, modification, or liquid damage.

Packaging: Please pack securely to avoid transit damage. A restocking fee (up to 15 %) may apply for incomplete or poorly packaged returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or “Final Sale” items
• Software, digital downloads, or license codes
• Parts/components sold “as is”
• Batteries, consumables, or perishable accessories
• Orders beyond 30 days of delivery
• Products damaged by user negligence or modification

4. Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they arrive defective, DOA (Dead on Arrival), or damaged in shipping. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos to request an exchange. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

5. Refund Process

1. We confirm receipt of your return via email.
2. If approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Funds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Stripe).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

9. B2B, Export & Bulk Orders

• Returns limited to functional defects or incorrect shipments.
• Bulk returns require prior approval.
• Shipping, customs, and handling costs are non-refundable.
• We may issue replacement units or credit memos for verified defects.

11. Warranty Returns

Many refurbished products include a limited 90-day hardware warranty. To start a claim, email [email protected] with your order number, serial number, and photos/videos showing the issue. Our technicians will guide you through diagnostics or replacement.

12. International / Export Returns

For export customers:

• Returns accepted only for functional defects reported within 14 days.
• Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are non-refundable.
• Buyer must handle re-export documentation if required.

13. Right to Refuse or Adjust Refunds

Exportronics reserves the right to deny or adjust a refund if:

• The returned item fails inspection or shows tampering.
• Accessories or components are missing.
• Restocking fees are required to cover repackaging or testing.
